Philibosian will receive the 2012 Heart of Gold Award from the Child Development Institute. The institute cited Philibosian’s ability “to bring people of different sectors and interests together and find common ground to support the community” as the reason for the award. The ceremony will take place at the CDI’s 14th annual Block Party celebration on Sep. 15 on the CBS Studios lot.
