Sociology alum Jorden Nicole Stanley is engaged

Darrell Tyrone Schulz and Jorden Nicole Stanley, both of La Crescenta, were engaged in October.
Schulz graduated from Lodi High School in 2003, and then from the University of Southern California, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in geography in 2007. He is employed by The Klabin Company. He is the son of Frank and Donna Schulz, of Lodi.
Stanley graduated from Crescenta Valley High School in 2003, and then from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Science degree in sociology this year. She is employed by Crescenta Valley Soccer Club. She is the daughter of Clint Stanley, of La Crescenta, and Ellen Chapman, of Long Beach.
The couple met while working as high adventure guides at Hume Lake Christian Camps in the summer of 2005. They were engaged on Oct. 31 at Descanso Gardens in La Canada Flintridge.
The two plan to marry on July 4, 2009, at Arrowhead Pine Rose Cabins in Twin Peaks.
