‘An Evening of Broadway’ with Twin Cities Concert Association

Come dream the impossible dream on Sunday with Broadway baritone singer Kurt Hansen in concert with pianist Ken Hardin. They’ll perform songs from Man of La Mancha, Les Miserable, Guys & Dolls, Ragtime, Oklahoma, West Side Story, Carousel, and more in an intimate house concert in Nevada City.

Kurt most recently stepped off the road after touring with the North American tour of Mamma Mia!. He also performed all three dads in Mamma Mia! opposite Tony nominated actress Carolee Carmello in New York City at the Winter Garden Theatre on Broadway. Kurt’s previous foray on Broadway was in, the Tony award winning Musical, Miss Saigon with Lea Salonga.

Kurt was a voice former voice student of Ken Hardin’s during the 1980’s when Ken was on the faculty of CSU Northridge. Ken is currently the artistic director for TCCA, principal pianist for the Reno Philharmonic, and teaches at Sierra College.
