Business alum Jerome Lorenzo named to the Board of Directors of Calsoft

hennai, November 12, 2009: California Software Company Limited (Calsoft) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jerome Lorenzo to the Board of Directors of Calsoft with effect from 29th October 2009.

Welcoming his appointment, Mr. Sam Santhosh, Managing Director and CEO, California Software Company Ltd., said, “I am delighted to welcome Mr. Jerome Lorenzo to our board. Mr. Lorenzo brings with him a wealth of experience, and his inclusion in the board will benefit the company in multiple ways.”

Mr. Jerome Lorenzo is the Chief Financial Officer of the Chemoil Group and has held this post since 2006. During the course of his career he has helmed various positions within the Chemoil Group, including General Manager of Chemoil subsidiary Berkshire Energy Ltd from 2002 to 2006, Director of Chemoil Europe BV from 2000 to 2002, Head of Finance of Chemoil Corporation from 1998 to 2000, and Treasurer of Chemoil Corporation from 1997 to 1998.

Mr. Lorenzo received his BS degree in Finance and Real Estate from California State University of Northridge and his Master of Business Management degree from the Asian Institute of Management.
