SYSTECH eBsuite/Support-Portal Migration…

Systems & Technology self-service portal (eBsuite) will be migrated this weekend.
On Tuesday morning (May 26th), you will be able to access this service via the myNorthridge portal at http://www.csun.edu or alternatively, http://techsupport.csun.edu. Please login using your campus or portal userid and password.
After successful migration all case information will be in the (new) campus version of eBsuite. You will be able see all your old cases (open and closed) in the new environment.
You will be able submit and monitor cases in myNorthridge Portal by selecting “Request Technical Support” from within the “Technology” pagelet. The service request page will automatically populate your department, preferred email and phone number.
On the alternative login page http://techsupport.csun.edu, you will be directed to the login page (it will look similar to the screenshot below). Use your campus/portal username and password to login.
